Vine Coin is a Token announced by Rus Yusupov, co-founder of short video platform Vine, on the X platform. Vine is a free mobile app owned by Twitter (now X) that allows users to create short videos of up to 10 seconds and share them to social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. Twitter announced on October 27, 2016 that Vine would be shut down as part of the company's restructuring plan, and that videos already uploaded would not be deleted.
