Objective

This guide will walk you through how to register an account on the Gate App.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Gate App

  1. Launch the Gate App on your mobile device

  2. Tap the Sign up button in the upper left corner of the screen

Step 2: Select Your Country/Region

  1. On the registration page, follow the prompts to select your "Country/Region of Residence"

  2. Check the box to "Accept the User Agreement and Privacy Policy"

  3. Tap the button to start creating your account

  1. On the account creation page, choose your registration method (email or mobile number)

  2. Enter your email address or mobile number

  3. Tap Next

Step 4: Enter the Verification Code

  1. The system will send a verification code to your email or mobile. Please check your inbox or messages

  2. On the email/mobile verification page, enter the verification code you received

  3. Tap Next

Step 5: Set Your Login Password

  1. Set your login password as required

  2. Tap the Confirm button to complete your account registration

  • Please use a valid email address or mobile number for registration
  • Make sure to keep your password safe. We recommend using a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and symbols
  • The country/region information you provide during registration should be accurate
  • The verification code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, you will need to request a new one

A: Please check your email's spam folder, or ensure your mobile number was entered correctly. If you still haven't received it, tap the Resend button to get a new verification code.

Q2: What if the system says my email or mobile number is already in use during registration?

A: This means your email or mobile number has already been registered for a Gate account. You can log in directly with that account, or use a different email/mobile number to register.

Q3: What if I forget the password I set?

A: On the login page, tap Forgot Password and reset your password using your registered email or mobile number.
