On May 8, Aptos and NETSTARS signed a memorandum of understanding to explore Web3-based payment solutions and stablecoin settlement infrastructure. The partnership aims to connect Web3 payment functionality with existing Web2 financial systems through NETSTARS’ StarPay-X gateway concept, which bridges Web2 and Web3 financial environments. The collaboration will focus on multi-chain support and developing new applications and services within Aptos’ blockchain ecosystem.
