Toncoin Community Votes to Rename Token to Gram (GRAM) Effective June 15

According to BlockBeats, The Open Network community voted on June 9 to rename Toncoin to Gram (GRAM), with 81.22% support. The change takes effect on June 15, 2026, at 20:00 UTC+8. The blockchain name remains The Open Network; only the token name, ticker, and icon change.

No user action is required. Balances, addresses, smart contracts, NFTs, staking assets, and DeFi positions remain unchanged. All ecosystem projects, including exchanges, are expected to sync updates by the effective date.
