U.S. and Iran Outline Four Nuclear Deal Terms Including 15-Year Uranium Enrichment Freeze on June 10

According to The New York Times, on June 10, U.S. officials outlined four core terms for Iran nuclear negotiations that would stall Iran's nuclear program for approximately 15 years. The framework includes: Iran halting uranium enrichment for 15 years, diluting its existing enriched uranium stockpile with IAEA cooperation, dismantling three major nuclear facilities (Natanz, Fordow, Isfahan), and accepting snap inspections by international inspectors. Iran has indicated willingness to dismantle two of the three facilities but insists on retaining one to preserve what it calls enrichment rights. Acceptance of unscheduled inspections remains unclear.
