Not only did the company give us 6 additional days off for the whole year (topping off the original annual leave—absolutely the industry’s ceiling 🏆), but even my idol, Mr. Han, popped into the comments to “shoo” everyone away to take a break:
“Stop writing code you’ll never finish and sitting in meetings you can’t get out of—spend more time with your family, and remember to treat yourself a little better…”

Everyone knows this industry runs 24/7 nonstop, with a pace so fast it feels like you’re flying. But in a high-pressure circle like this, the company doesn’t just discourage pointless internal rat-racing—instead, it finds all kinds of ways to bring our focus back to “real, everyday life.” It feels genuinely safe, genuinely solid. With such a strong support system, going to work every day feels like getting recharged!
