Anthropic signs a $200 billion Google Cloud contract, causing Alphabet's market value to temporarily surpass NVIDIA
ChainCatcher reported that, according to CNBC, Alphabet’s after-hours share price surged significantly, with its market value briefly exceeding NVIDIA. The driving factor was a report that Anthropic has pledged to pay Google Cloud $200 billion within five years. If the deal proves to be true, Anthropic will contribute more than 40% of Google’s future cloud contract revenue.
