Yesterday (May 6), Samsung (China) Investment Co., Ltd. posted on its official website the "Samsung Home Appliance Product Business Adjustment Notice":
To respond to the rapidly changing market environment, after careful research, Samsung Electronics has decided to cease sales of all home appliance products, including TVs and monitors, in Mainland China.
For users who have already purchased Samsung home appliances, the company will still strictly follow the "Consumer Rights Protection Law," national three-guarantee regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations, continuing to provide standardized after-sales services to protect users' legal rights and interests.
According to Samsung Electronics' official website, the products discontinued include TVs, monitors, large commercial displays, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, washer-dryer combo units, clothing care machines, audio equipment, projectors, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and all other household appliances.
