Fourth trait:

Fifth trait:
Externally flexible, internally firm; flexibility is a means, principles are the core. They handle situations skillfully, keep their bottom line in mind, understand the subtlety of game rules without being corrupted by them. They are well-versed in compromise but do not forget their original stance.

Sixth trait:
