These recent hot topics change as quickly as flipping cards, yesterday AI memes, today a new pool on some chain, tomorrow it might be "regulatory relaxation/tax increase" setting the tone. The most common mistake when your attention is being pulled around is: seeing the candlestick move and rushing in, only to end up with slippage + routing around in circles, plus buy/sell taxes deducted, and by the time you realize it, you've already helped someone else carry the sedan chair.

I'm now taking a simpler approach: when a hot topic appears, don't look at the rise or fall first, check whether the pool is deep, whether there are strange taxes on transactions, whether routing is forcibly directed to a small pool, and whether wallet authorization is set to unlimited. If you really want to participate, just try small amounts for testing, withdraw if possible, and don't treat "deposit and withdrawal expectations" as good news when you're emotional... Anyway, the market isn't short of opportunities, what’s lacking is patience not to be repeatedly whipped out.
