Stir-fry Formula



1. Stir-frying any vegetarian dish
Oil and garlic sautéed until fragrant + Light soy sauce + Oyster sauce + Salt to taste
2. Braised meat dishes
Green onion, ginger, garlic + Cooking wine + Salt + Sugar + Vinegar + Dark soy sauce
3. Fish-flavored dishes
In proportion:
2 spoons of light soy sauce + 2 spoons of white vinegar + 2 spoons of sugar + 1 spoon of starch + 2 parts water + Half a spoon of oyster sauce
4. Cold dishes
Light soy sauce + Vinegar + Minced garlic + Sugar to taste + Chili powder + Drizzle hot oil
5. Sweet and sour dishes
In proportion:
1 part cooking wine + 2 parts light soy sauce + 3 parts sugar + 4 parts vinegar + 5 parts water + Sesame seeds
6. Stir-frying any meat dish
Ginger, green onion, garlic + Dark soy sauce + Light soy sauce + Cooking wine + Oyster sauce + a small amount of sugar
