Since I started weight training, I've been looking for EAA supplements, but there are so many types that I don't know which one to choose. Should I prioritize ingredients or ease of daily consumption...? Recently, I've been looking at various rankings, and I realized that ultimately, with EAA, the key is balancing "how efficiently you can intake essential amino acids" and "whether you can keep taking it every day."

From trying out some recommended EAAs, if you choose based on ingredients, Myprotein's Impact EAA is a safe bet. It contains 79.6% essential amino acids, and having almost zero carbs and fats is great during body shaping. However, it has a bitter aftertaste, so it might not be suitable for those who care about taste. On the other hand, if cost performance is the priority, then Different's F&W EAA Lemon Flavor is a candidate. It costs about 55 yen per serving, and the content rate is also high at 83%.

If you want to prioritize taste, then Three Piece's VITAS EAA Kiwi can be enjoyed like juice. The refreshing kiwi flavor makes it easy to continue daily, but the content rate is lower at 65.7%. In other words, whether you prioritize ingredients or taste will determine which product to choose.

Personally, I think the top-ranked products in the EAA recommendation list each have clear features, so it's best to decide based on your training style and budget. The ones you can keep taking every day will ultimately be the most effective.
