Li Qiang presided over the State Council Executive Meeting. The meeting pointed out that we must earnestly unify our thoughts and actions with the Party Central Committee’s scientific judgment of the situation, further strengthen confidence, seize opportunities amid changes, promote development through overcoming difficulties, consolidate and expand the positive momentum of the economy, and strive to achieve a good start for the 14th Five-Year Plan. Macro policies should focus on making good use of and fully leveraging existing tools, insist on proactive efforts, and continuously improve implementation effectiveness. To strengthen the domestic big cycle, breakthroughs should be sought in supply-demand coordination and linkage upgrades, and measures to expand and improve the quality of the service industry should be implemented and refined. Planning and construction of water networks, new power grids, computing power networks, next-generation communication networks, urban underground pipe networks, logistics networks, and other infrastructure should be strengthened.
