New Development | Xingjin A Group's 11 Buyers All Purchase 6 Units in One Go
Sunshine (00016) Development’s Tsuen Wan Hang Wui Street redevelopment project is off to a strong start, with the first round of public sales launched today. Sunshine’s agent, Assistant General Manager (Sales and Marketing) of the Special Development Department, Tam Sek-chan, said that Group A had a high turnout. Among them, 11 buyers each purchased 6 units in one go, while another buyer purchased 4 units. Group A had completed the unit selection process by around noon, but there were many disappointed customers.
Tam Sek-chan added that Group B still has a large number of buyers continuing to select units, and he believes the first round of sales will achieve satisfactory results. He expects that another batch of units will be launched in the short term to meet market demand.
The project’s first round of public sales includes 154 units, comprising 42 one-bedroom units and 112 two-bedroom units. The discounted sale prices range from 4.6146 million to 7.5471 million HKD, the discounted price per sq. ft. ranges from 16,079 to 18,408 HKD, and the average discounted price per sq. ft. is 17,408 HKD.
