So I've been following the whole shytoshi kusama news situation pretty closely, and it's getting interesting how things are playing out with him. The guy basically disappeared for a bit, then came back in late January talking about this AI project he's been working on. At first everyone in the community got hyped thinking it'd be something for Shiba Inu, but then he clarified it's actually way broader than that.
Turns out the AI app was built for some unnamed corporate client and it's focused on helping couples preserve family memories or something along those lines. Pretty different from what people expected honestly. He mentioned it was supposed to drop on Valentine's Day, which is kind of an interesting choice for a launch date. The whole thing feels like shytoshi kusama news that caught a lot of people off guard because nobody really saw this coming.
What's been bugging the community though is that his social media has been mostly religious quotes and occasional posts, but barely anything about Shiba Inu itself. Like, people were waiting for him to come back and give some direction to the ecosystem, especially after the market took a hit. Instead he's been pretty quiet on that front. He did retweet something from Astra Nova which signals he's still somewhat connected to the community, but it's pretty minimal compared to what everyone hoped for.
The real question now is whether this AI venture is just a side thing or if he's genuinely shifting his energy away from crypto entirely. The shytoshi kusama news keeps evolving, and I think a lot depends on what happens after that February launch. Does he pivot back to focusing on Shiba Inu development, or does he keep exploring this other direction? Either way, the community's definitely feeling the uncertainty. Some people are worried he's lost interest, others think he's just juggling multiple projects. We'll probably get more clarity once this AI app actually goes live and we see how much attention he dedicates to it versus the ecosystem he helped build.
