On May 8, Balcony, an AI blockchain land registration platform provider, announced the completion of a $12.7 million seed funding round, led by Blockchange Ventures. The platform utilizes Avalanche blockchain and AI threat detection technology to consolidate decentralized real estate records into a tamper-proof digital registration system. The funding will be used to expand the engineering team, advance market development, and deploy its Keystone platform across various counties in the United States. Balcony’s Keystone platform aggregates data from different systems into a unified, searchable, and verifiable data center, while mTrace employs AI for anomaly detection and property tracking.
