What to do when trapped in the crypto market?
People are floating in the crypto world, how can they not get trapped? Even the most skilled experts can't avoid being caught; no one has a 100% certainty of pinpointing the buy and sell points.
So what should we do once we're trapped?
1. Confirm the market trend, whether it's a bull or bear market, and estimate the current market cycle stage. The handling methods vary greatly in different market environments.
In the early to mid-stage of a bull market, you can continue holding; in the later stage, be cautious. If it can go up, don't hold on; don't have illusions.
2. Analyze the fundamentals, whether there are recent negative factors, especially earnings shocks, illegal activities, or industry downturns.
If there are negatives: decisively exit.
3. Find the cause, do analysis, mainly focusing on the timing of buying points, and analyze the psychological state and motivation at the time of purchase.
4. Solutions
1. Stick to stop-losses, quickly exit losing coins.
2. Swing trading, using high sell and low buy to reduce costs.
3. Do T+0 trading, only if you have certain technical skills; repeatedly doing T+0 can lower costs.
4. Wait patiently; if it's a bull market, holding on is victory.
5. Operate in batches, set a certain percentage as the core position, sell the rest, and use floating positions to buy in batches, which is a strategy of patching the east wall to repair the west wall.
All of the above are ways to mend the sheep after losing it; the key is to do thorough preparation in the early stages.
