The United States suddenly loosened its stance.

According to sources, the U.S. has approved approximately 10 Chinese companies to purchase NVIDIA's H200 chips, including Alibaba, ByteDance, Tencent, JD.com, as well as a few distributors like Lenovo and Foxconn.
This means that some Chinese tech giants' bottleneck issues in AI computing power may be somewhat alleviated.
In the short term, this is positive for $NVDA and also a positive signal for Chinese internet/AI companies like $BABA.
However, this is only a partial relaxation; a full lifting of restrictions is still far away.
Is this a sign of loosening U.S. chip policy towards China, or just a limited compromise?
