Today I watched the market move fast without taking part in most of it.
No revenge entry.
No emotional click.
No FOMO trade.
And honestly? Doing NOTHING was the best decision I made all day.

Only one entry taken. A pre-marked level got tapped, confirmation candle closed exactly how I wanted, and then I executed. No guessing. No chasing candles after the move already happened.
Everything outside the plan was ignored.
💥 P&L:
Clean green day. Small, controlled, stress-free profits. No unnecessary trades included. No account damage caused by impatience.
That’s the part most people never talk about:
Protecting capital is also a winning trade.
📌 LESSON:
Missing a move is not failure.
Overtrading is.
The market will always give another setup, but blown discipline is much harder to recover from.
A trader who can stay patient during chaos already has an edge most people never develop.
Ask yourself:
Do you really need to be in the market every hour… or do you need to become disciplined enough to wait for YOUR setup?
