By 2010, the amount of data produced every two days was equivalent to the data from the past few thousand years.
Now, every 15 minutes, 5EB of data is generated.
To some extent, we believe that AI has driven storage demand, but conversely, if there had been no internet revolution, where would the massive data to train AI come from?
The demand for storage seems to have always existed and has been continuously expanding 🤔
