Just now, while munching on potato chips and browsing the blockchain, I saw someone pump again, and my hands itched badly... But now I will first pause for 3 seconds and ask myself: Am I seeing new information, or am I simply being driven by the emotion of the K-line? Honestly, when emotions take over, it's easy to treat positions as a "proof of oneself," which usually isn't very decent.

Recently, my approach has been to apply "patches": not to rigidly change my personality, just small tweaks and repairs. For example, when I want to chase, I first place only a very small order, or I simply look into why this swap is following this path. Shifting my attention, the impulse cools down.

By the way, these days, the debate over privacy coins/mixing coins and regulatory boundaries has become quite divisive, which makes me a bit anxious. The more this atmosphere intensifies, the easier it is to take "fear of missing out" as a reason to add to positions... Anyway, I’ll slow down first and not let emotions place orders for me.
