It’s 3 a.m. again, and I’m refreshing the PFP floor price and watching holder changes—feels just like doomscrolling short videos: I can’t stop. Straight to the point, whether PFPs, memberships, or brands are truly long-term or not—right now I care more about whether “there are really people using it on-chain,” not about how good the avatar looks after a change. If a membership card is only for joining the group and nothing else, once the hype fades, it’s basically like you never even activated it.

This recent wave of AI Agents and automated trading feels pretty similar too. The narrative gets hyped up to the sky, but what I care about is who actually gets contract permissions and who is given real automatic interactions. The kind where authorization starts and you’re immediately full-position—that’s something I really can’t bring myself to do. In the end, for brands it still comes down to the trust in the ledger. Short-term attention is driven by KOLs, but long-term performance relies on consistent on-chain behavior—otherwise when TVL drops, it all gets exposed. Anyway, I’ll just keep watching the data first; don’t let yourself get carried away by emotions.
