The second batch of class action settlement amounts for FTX is approximately $66.17 million, with Fenwick & West agreeing to pay.
Court documents show that Fenwick & West agreed to pay $54 million to settle charges of assisting Sam Bankman-Fried in committing fraud, as part of the second settlement with FTX US. Another settlement includes Prager Metis paying $11.75 million and former NBA player Udonis Haslem receiving $420k, bringing the total for the second batch to approximately $66.17 million.
