I find that people are really quite strange. When they are floating profits, they sleep like nothing's wrong, at most sneaking a couple of giggles before bed; once they experience floating losses, even if not much, their mind automatically starts filling in the story: should I cut, will it be worse, did I just make a stupid mistake again... Honestly, losses are like knocking on the door, profits are like passing by.

Last night, I was again flooded with complaints on the chain about "whether the order fairness is fair or not," like MEV, validator income, retail investors both criticizing and unable to stop watching the charts. I also found it annoying. So I muted the group, and suddenly the world was quiet, my heartbeat slowed down, at least I wouldn't be dragged down by someone saying "It's over."

Anyway, my current method is still old-fashioned: split the position into small parts, take profits at the set time, and put the rest in a cold wallet. As long as the keys are in my hands, I feel more at ease. Floating losses, the more you watch, the more they look like an abyss. Not watching won't make them automatically disappear, but at least I can sleep. Let's do it this way for now.
