BREAKING: The US House has passed a War Powers Resolution to limit President Trump's ability to continue military operations against Iran without Congressional approval.

The resolution passed with bipartisan support, marking one of the first significant legislative pushbacks against the administration's handling of the US-Iran conflict.
Under the War Powers Act, the President must notify Congress within 48 hours of deploying forces and cannot sustain military engagement beyond 60 days without Congressional authorization.
The resolution now moves to the Senate, where its fate remains uncertain. If passed, Trump would either need formal Congressional approval to continue operations or be forced to wind them down.
