Lummis Targets July Senate Vote on Clarity Act

Sen. Cynthia Lummis said she expects a final Senate agreement on the Clarity Act around the July 4 recess. Lummis said her goal is to pass the bill in July. She warned that failure to pass the bill then could delay the legislation until 2030.
