Everyone missed the real micro strategy risk!

I see many flawed opinions about MSTR risk. People talk about Saylor possibly being forced to sell Bitcoin to pay dividends.
That is a risk. But if it really happens, they will control the sale and can even defer the dividend.
The real risk is a forced sale, and that's what I've been warning about! An entity now owns 4% of the Bitcoin supply. In fact, if you consider Satoshi/lost coins, they own about 6% of the actual supply.
If at any time, for any reason, regulators remove the single point of failure, they will be forced to sell in large quantities quickly.
Yesterday we saw one such lawsuit, where Strategy may be challenged for misrepresentation. Although I don't believe this one will stick, it does highlight the real risk.
One lawsuit, one successful regulatory challenge, and you could have a forced seller holding 6% of the supply.
I discussed this with Saylor, and he just laughed it off!
This is the biggest risk to Bitcoin in the short term!
