• $7 billion at 5.35% interest, maturing in 2031
• $6 billion at 5.65% interest, maturing in 2033
• $6 billion at 5.875% interest, maturing in 2036
• $2.5 billion at 6.60% interest, maturing in 2046
• $3.5 billion at 6.65% interest, maturing in 2056

• Investors will receive annual interest rates ranging from 5.35% to 6.65%, depending on the bond's maturity.

• The proceeds will fully repay SpaceX's bridge loan, with the remaining funds used for general corporate purposes.

• SpaceX also reported total cash and cash equivalents of $100.8 billion.
