The most stingy people on earth are the peoples of Europe.

After living half my life there, the people here have an unnatural stinginess.
Today I asked a coworker, do you have an air conditioner at home?
He said no, we don't have extra expenses. When it gets hot, I go to my bathtub, turn on cold water, and sit in it for hours.
Then he takes the water he sat in and gives it to the trees and plants in his garden.
It shocked me!
I have 3 air conditioners at home, pay a high bill, and shower twice a day.
If he knew, he'd be electrocuted 🤣
Except that they still come to work by bicycle instead of spending on gasoline in the car 😆
