After seeing you pull 7 trades and then withdraw profit on the 6th, your mindset must have fluctuated. However, strict stop-loss is the root of staying alive. The move of 4011 going north to 4002 is only about 9%, and the $1,464 loss isn’t small, but compared with holding through and getting liquidated, it’s far better. Keep your discipline—your win rate will come back.

This pullback hurts a bit, but sticking strictly to discipline is the right thing to do. We’ll make it back next time.

The hardest part of trading is keeping your hands in check. If the price breaks down, leaving right away is perfectly fine—no need to regret it even if it later goes up. You lost this time, but you protected the rules and preserved your principal; in the long run, that’s true wisdom.
