How to balance regulation and innovation—or what could become the market’s focus
The development of the digital assets industry has always revolved around finding a balance between “innovation” and “regulation.” If the Clarity Act adds ethical provisions, the market may focus less on the provisions themselves and more on whether the regulatory framework can maintain market order while still preserving space for corporate innovation.
Supporters believe that clearer rules can boost market confidence, attract more institutions, and improve the industry’s overall image. For businesses, a stable and predictable regulatory environment is usually more beneficial for business planning than long-standing uncertainty.
On the other hand, some are concerned that if the ethical provisions have an overly broad scope, they could increase operational pressure for companies—especially for innovation-driven projects, where compliance costs may rise further. Therefore, the future market focus will not only be whether provisions are added, but also how these provisions are implemented in practice.
Overall, regulation and innovation are not entirely at odds. The key is whether the rules can take into account market vitality, consumer protection, and the industry’s long-term development goals. Ultimately, the effect still needs to be observed through the final legislative content and subsequent enforcement. #特朗普同意Clarity法案纳入伦理条款
