$XAUUSD 7.27 Gold Evening Review: The gold made a modest pull-up in the evening but met resistance; toward the end of the gold rebound, set up high-level sell (short) orders
News: The US employment data remains resilient, and no major data is scheduled to be released in the evening. Today, A-shares surged across the board; market risk appetite has warmed up. Funds have rotated away from risk and into hedging-avoidance buying, but gold lacks fundamental support to sustain a strong trend, so the rebound’s continuity is poor.
Technical: On the 1-hour timeframe, the gold price is trading below the Bollinger upper band at 4119. In the short term, the moving averages have formed support, but the overall downsloping structure of the Bollinger channel has not changed. After the KDJ indicators surged and topped, they turned and slowed down, and are about to enter the overbought-to-retrace pullback zone. The main overhead pressure zone is 4105-4119. The short-term support is 4085, and the key support is around 4070.
Jingchuan trading suggestion: When the rebound touches the 4105-4119 resistance zone, place sell (short) positions in batches—“Bujuqong.” If at the current price 4100 it falls, chase the sell (short)—“Qijuqong.” For the short-term target, first watch 4085; if it breaks, look further down to 4070.
