On the hourly timeframe, after the earlier run-up to around 0.067, the price dropped quickly and formed a clear high-level trapped area. During the subsequent rebound, trading volume kept shrinking; it didn’t see a renewed volume expansion to break through again, which indicates there isn’t enough capital buy support overhead.

Technically, once the price broke below the short-term moving averages, MA5 and MA10 gradually started moving down, with the moving averages turning into a form of resistance. At the same time, the middle rail of the Bollinger Bands was lost; after multiple rebounds that touched overhead pressure, it still couldn’t break through. The short-term structure has already shifted from an uptrend into a weak sideways consolidation.

So I chose to place shorts in advance at a point where the rebound was lacking strength, waiting for the trend to continue releasing downside. As the price kept falling afterward, the shorts also smoothly captured profits.

Right now, ESPORT is still in the downtrend correction phase. For the near term, watch the resistance around 0.03; if it can’t effectively reclaim that level, rebounds are very likely to still give shorts opportunities.
