in crypto $NEAR building the execution rails through intents, $EIGEN quietly pivoting into the same direction
the monetization phase is starting, companies implement, usage grows, revenue follows
this is the trade, slowly then all at once
lets win the next rotation, always one step ahead

not many finance accounts are posting bottomed out charts on main trends with thesis, most are just posting the talk of the day like semis at ATHs, takes a different angle to always look for next big trade while a few are talking about it

writing quick thoughts down so you can follow the thinking and the thesis in real time
the infrastructure is built, GPUs, data centers, models
- caught NVDA, AMD and INTC from the bottom, instinct was right
next step is agentic AI getting to work, so shifting (capital and focus) from infrastructure to software and execution
this is where revenue actually shows up, agents executing tasks, automating workflows, also transacting onchain
the monetization phase of the AI buildout, hiding in plain sight
physical AI comes after, but that's years away
agentic AI is the trade right now

two themes will absorb most of the capital this decade
agentic AI, software that acts
physical AI, machines that move, build, operate
everything else is noise orbiting these two
not overthinking it, just riding momentum and the wealth effect

crypto x AI
if AI is the clear trade with unknown ceiling in stocks, it was already the trade in crypto, and it's coming back
unknown ceilings are the scariest and best trades
agentic future is massively unpriced (payments, data, execution, identity, compute, coordination...)
