Ethereum Treasury Company BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) announced the successful transfer from NASDAQ to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) for listing, and expanded its stock buyback plan to $4 billion. BitMine disclosed that over the past 9 months, the company has rapidly accumulated approximately 4.8M Ethereum (ETH) through the "Alchemy of 5%" plan, accounting for 3.98% of the total ETH supply, with over 79% of its goal to acquire 5% of the supply achieved. Currently, BitMine's total holdings of crypto assets, cash, and other investments amount to $11.4 billion, including $864 million in cash.
