Figma (NYSE:FIG) is heading into 2026 with confidence, targeting 30% revenue growth as AI tools drive deeper engagement across its platform. The company just wrapped what CEO Dylan Field called its best quarter yet, and the numbers back that up.
Q4 revenue came in at $304 million, up 40% year over year and above the high end of guidance. For the full year, revenue reached $1.056 billion. Net dollar retention for customers spending more than $10 thousand in ARR climbed to 136%, up 5 percentage points sequentially. Gross margin held strong at 86% in Q4, and operating income reached $44 million, or a 14% margin. Figma ended the year with $1.7 billion in cash. AI adoption is accelerating fast, with weekly active users of Figma Make jumping more than 70% quarter over quarter, and over half of large customers now using it weekly.
Looking ahead, management expects 2026 revenue between $1.366 billion and $1.374 billion and non GAAP operating income of $100 million to $110 million.
