Abstract generation in progress
Golden Finance reports that on May 23, SpaceX successfully launched the redesigned Starship, completing an important test ahead of the company's IPO. During this test flight, Starship V3 was launched from Starbase in Texas and successfully deployed 22 test satellites, marking a key breakthrough in SpaceX's development of next-generation heavy-lift launch systems. Although some engine failures and uncontrolled landing of the first stage booster occurred during the flight, SpaceX believes the overall test objectives have been largely achieved.
According to reports, Starship V3 will become the core launch platform for future Starlink expansion, NASA lunar missions, and Mars projects. Previously disclosed information shows that SpaceX has invested approximately $15 billion in the Starship project, and the market generally views the progress of Starship testing as one of the important valuation support factors ahead of SpaceX's potential IPO.
