Telcoin launches digital asset banking services and issues stablecoin eUSD

ChainCatcher message: After receiving final approval from the Nebraska Banking and Finance Department, Telcoin Digital Asset Bank has officially launched its blockchain banking operations by introducing the eUSD stablecoin on the Ethereum and Polygon blockchains. Telcoin has minted $10 million worth of eUSD. Telcoin CEO Paul Neuner stated that issuing eUSD on Ethereum and Polygon is the “first phase” of the company’s banking operations, a key step in providing blockchain-native bank accounts through Nebraska’s licensing. The company plans to start onboarding customers in early 2026, with personal account services to be offered through the upcoming Telcoin Wallet V5 version.
