JUST IN: Crusoe announced a significant expansion of its data center energy strategy through new storage purchases from Form Energy and Redwood Materials, signaling how the growing electricity demand of digital infrastructure is driving increasing contracts for long-life batteries and second-life solutions.

Crusoe will purchase 12 gigawatt-hours of 100-hour batteries from Form Energy, with deliveries expected in 2027.
