Has Bitcoin hit the bottom? Is it time to buy the dip now? Google GOOGL has reached 270! Let’s take a look at the upcoming moves.
1. First, look at Bitcoin. As shown in the chart, it has now fallen to the previous low of 65,500, which provides some support. If you ask me where a 15% drop might most likely rebound, it’s probably here—this could be the bigger opportunity. So, how should we operate?
2. Aggressive traders might consider going long around this level up to 67,000 or slightly more at 68,000 resistance. A small dip below the previous low would be a stop-loss. For more conservative strategies, wait for a rebound to go short again. Around 68,000 is a very strong resistance, and I would definitely short there. The previous low at around 67,000 also has some minor resistance. For safer entry, consider scaling in.
3. As for the overall trend, Bitcoin’s daily chart has entered a death cross, which theoretically suggests it could decline for several weeks. Short-term rebounds are unlikely to change the big trend unless there’s a sudden breakthrough like de-escalation of the US-Iran conflict, which would be an unexpected event. We’ll see then.
4. So, Shuqin hasn’t recommended going long in the past two weeks; it’s been all about shorting on rallies. We’ve caught this wave of gains and avoided being caught in a long position. But now that the price has dropped significantly, chasing shorts has a low risk-to-reward ratio. I would consider shorting again only if there’s a substantial rebound. Even when shorting, you need to operate from good positions; otherwise, profits are hard to come by.
5. Additionally, in the past few weeks, the US stocks and GOOGL that Shuqin has been bearish on have fallen sharply. Since Bitcoin’s decline is too steep to chase shorts effectively, recently we’ve been shorting US stocks that haven’t yet rebounded, as shown in the chart, and the gains have been substantial.
6. Previously, Shuqin mentioned that I saw support around 270 for GOOGL. Now it has reached 273, very close. I’ve taken some profits on the short. Next, I’ll look for opportunities to attempt a rebound. Also, we’ve been doing well with gold recently, with daily operations and various trades.
