Just spotted something interesting on-chain. A wallet tied to Russell Verbeeten just woke up after sitting quiet for like 3 years and moved 20,000 ETH out. That's a pretty massive move considering we're talking roughly $41.4 million at current prices.
The ETH went straight into Aave V3, so looks like they're putting it to work in the protocol. Russell Verbeeten's wallet activity always catches attention since it's been dormant for so long. When these old addresses start moving again, people pay attention.
Not sure what the play is here yet, but moving that much ETH to a lending protocol suggests they might be looking to generate some yield. Definitely one to keep an eye on though. The Arkham data picked this up pretty quickly.
