Step 1: Log in to your Gate account. Click the [Buy Crypto] quick access button on the homepage, or click [Buy Crypto] – [P2P] in the top navigation bar. On the P2P trading page, click [Post Ads] at the bottom right.
Step 2: On the [Post Ads] page, click [Sell]. After selecting the trading pair, choose either fixed price or floating price and enter the required information (selling price, quantity, total amount, minimum trade amount, maximum trade amount, payment method). You may also fill in optional trade terms and auto-reply. Trading restrictions can also be set (e.g., user level, registration days, or whether to trade with other advertisers). Eligible merchants can click [Hide Payment Info]. Finally, click [Confirm Publishing] to complete the process.
Step 3: Double-check the order details. If everything is correct, click [Sell Now].
Step 4: After successfully posting, you can view order details by clicking [P2P User Center] or [Merchant Dashboard] at the top right of the P2P trading page:
- If you do not want to match temporarily, you can switch [At Work] to [On Break]. After switching, the system will no longer match orders for you. Alternatively, you can set a specific order to [Offline] to hide it from the merchant list.
- To [Hide Payment Info], click the [Hide Payment] button behind the order. Once hidden, the payment method details of that order will no longer be visible.
- To cancel an order, click the [Edit] button behind the order and select [Delete].
- To modify order details such as price, click the [Edit] button and select [Edit].
Step 5: Once an order is matched, click [Order] in the top right and check under [In Progress]. Please verify that you have received the payment in your bank card, Alipay, or WeChat, and confirm the buyer’s information. After verification, click [Confirm Receipt] in time.
When the order is completed, you can view the details under [P2P] – [Completed].
