Order record query steps (Web version)
Step 1: Log in to your Gate account, click on the navigation bar [Orders] - [Spot Orders].
Step 2: Select [Current Orders], [Order History] or [Transaction History] on the left-hand side of the page, choose the search criteria such as [Transaction Type], [Time Range], etc., and click [Search] to conduct a search.
Note:
- There is no time limit for open orders, they will be executed once the price matches;
- After placing an order, it needs to match a price to be executed. If there is no matching price, it will remain in the open order status. Before being executed, you can also cancel the order at any time, and there is no cancellation fee;
- After canceling the order, the funds will be returned to the account, and can be checked in the account balance or transaction history;
- When the buy order price is higher than the current market price, it will be executed at the market price (best); when the sell order price is lower than the current market price, it will be executed at the market price (best).
Order record query steps (App version)
Step 1: Open the Gate mobile app, log in to your personal account, click on [Trading] at the bottom, then select [Spot] to enter the spot trading page, and choose the trading pair to query.
Step 2: In the [Order] section at the bottom of the trading page, you can view the order records and click the dropdown arrow to select the type you want to view.
Step 3: If you need to check more order records, you can click on the [Transaction History] icon on this page for inquiries.
Step 4: Detailed order records can be viewed in [Open Orders] and [Transaction History]. When querying, you can click on [All Orders] in [Open Orders] to select the type you want to view, or click on the [Filter] icon to filter by market and buy/sell type, or sort the current orders by [Order Time], [Order Price], [Order Quantity].
Or directly filter the queried commission records by start time and end time in the [Historical Orders]. (Note: If there are many cancellation records, you can choose to hide, as shown in the figure below:)
