The logic of social betting has always been there. This is not a suddenly emerging concept, but an inevitable trend in the gradual evolution of the Web3 ecosystem. From the rise of decentralized social networks, to the increasing demand for participation and ownership from users, and to the continuous improvement of on-chain economic models—the intersection of social and betting is becoming clearer. Users are no longer satisfied with merely consuming information; they want to gain value through participation, prediction, and interaction. This demand is driving the entire Web3 social ecosystem toward more complex and economically incentivized directions. Social betting is precisely the core manifestation of this transformation.

Basically, it's driven by human greed; change the name, and it's still the same old story.

Basically, it's just a new way to make people addicted, just changing the disguise. Web3 is still the same old story, just rebranding and repackaging; users just want to make quick money. This logic is indeed valid, but can it really be implemented? Right now, it's still a mess. Ownership and incentives sound good, but the speed of harvesting profits is even faster. I have to say, this is indeed a trend, but I bet five dollars something will go wrong.

Basically, it's the inevitable nature of human greed. Who doesn't want to earn while playing? Web3 should have been like this a long time ago. If casual chatting can be cashed out, why not? However, this thing also carries real risks, so you need to be cautious.

Basically, it's human nature. Who doesn't want to make money while socializing? This thing should have come a long time ago.
