Damn, the go-to-market strategy is back again. We've heard it all before. Is there really any substance in the token economics part, or is it just the same old talk? Are people still bootstraping DeFi projects now, or do they just get VC funding directly? Nobody cares about this stuff, it’s so boring I could fall asleep. These case studies are all survivor bias; who would share the failures with you? It's no-BS, but it still ends up being a bunch of nonsense to fill time.

The go-to-market framework, in theory, still revolves around the same dimensions, but the key is how to adapt it to the Web3 scenario. Token economics positioning can indeed be tricky; it depends on whether there has been genuine consideration of the incentive mechanism's self-consistency from the source code level.

NGL, this episode is a must-listen. The token economics part was excellent. --- Another "must-listen"? Is this how everyone is hyping it these days? --- The DeFi tricks have been played out long ago. Is there anything new? --- I've heard similar things before. The pie-in-the-sky engineers are back again. --- Community-first? I think it's capital-first, haha. --- I've listened to a bunch of case studies, but no one talks about the ones that actually make money. --- Who is that guy leaking information? Truly "experienced" or just a marketing account? --- Not much practical content, mostly micro-theories. --- I should have listened to this earlier. My project is almost GG. --- Discussions without code or data are just playing around.
