Capital flows are abundant in crypto markets, but finding truly capable people to steward it? That's the real challenge. The industry has money chasing opportunities left and right, yet there's a persistent shortage of skilled operators, strategists, and project leaders who can actually deliver. It's a classic mismatch—billions looking for capable hands.

There are too many people and too few capable ones, that's the current situation. Many projects find it easy to raise funds, but truly capable leaders are scarce...

The issue of having more money than people and fewer people is no longer a secret; everyone has known it for a long time... The key is that those "capable people" are either trapped or have already achieved financial freedom and slipped away.

ngl the capital abundance thing is just masking deeper structural issues. we've had this adoption curve problem since 2017—money flows to whoever can articulate vision, not necessarily execute it. reminds me of the dot-com era but with more leverage and worse incentives lol

Money, people, and less, this is the true portrayal of the crypto world. A bunch of capital can't find capable people, awkward.

It's all about more money and fewer people—that's the fate of the crypto world... The truly capable people have long been poached away.
