Why do 90% of traders get liquidated in the first year?

It's not because of poor entry points.

The problem lies here👇

【Mathematical Formula for Account Death】

Suppose Trader A risks 10% of their capital on each trade:

✗ After 10 consecutive losses, the account is left with $3,487 (a 65% loss)
✗ To break even, they need to earn 187%
✗ The difficulty increases exponentially

Compared to Trader B, who risks only 2% per trade:

✓ After 10 losses, the account still has $81,707 (an 18% loss)
✓ To recover, only a 22% increase is needed
✓ As long as the green mountains remain, there's no fear of running out of firewood

This isn't about market judgment, but about survival probability.

Many people are full of technical analysis and coin selection, but they overlook the most basic risk control—position sizing. A wrong position management decision can destroy half a year's effort in just a few weeks. Data doesn't lie; those who blow up their accounts usually fall into the same trap: greedily increasing leverage and betting on a turnaround.

The art of trading is actually the art of returning home alive.

Once this math is laid out, there's nothing more to say. Truly, 2% and 10% are worlds apart. My previous account was doomed because of leverage, and just thinking about it now still gives me chills.

Really, the difference between 2% and 10% may seem insignificant, but it can be a matter of life and death... I used to be like A, losing a few times and giving up entirely. Now I understand that staying alive is more important than anything else.

Damn, it's obvious at a glance. The group with 10% risk really needs to wake up.

Damn, this math formula hit me hard. Does it take a 187% increase to break even? That's why my buddy's account was wiped out in a month.

Damn, this math problem is incredible. An 187% return difficulty left me speechless. No wonder so many people can't keep up after a year.
