What is an echo chamber?

Big data only pushes content that interests you, making you increasingly narrow-minded. You: Well said. In an era overwhelmed by information overload and rampant spam, algorithms have built a high wall for me, allowing me to focus my limited energy on what truly matters.

Surrounded by friends who even blindly support you, unable to hear opposing opinions. You: Blind support is fine; on the battlefield of life, often you don't need rational judges, only comrades who unconditionally hand over knives and cheer you on.

Encountered people with completely shattered three views and who are impossible to communicate with. You: Not being able to communicate is expected. Trying to wake up someone pretending to sleep is both foolish and arrogant. Respecting others' destiny is respecting your own time.

The so-called breakthrough is often not about breaking out of the echo chamber, but actively choosing to cultivate success within the chamber that suits you.
