After encountering difficulties, the InfoFi track is not hopeless; there is still a chance to turn things around by optimizing economic models and incentive mechanisms. More importantly, the prospects of SocialFi—this direction centered on social interaction and content—are worth paying attention to: can it usher in a new wave of popularity?

The key turning point comes from recent changes: after X (formerly Twitter) cut off third-party API access, the entire social data ecosystem has been reshaped. This presents both challenges and opportunities for SocialFi projects. On one hand, the barriers to data acquisition have increased; on the other hand, projects that can find new data linkage pathways and truly create user value may stand out.

Currently, SocialFi needs to find sustainable business models and genuine user demand. There is still room for mechanism adjustments, and the key is whether it can seize this wave of change.

Damn, X cut off the API so harshly that now every SocialFi project has to find a new way to survive. InfoFi should have been optimized long ago, but SocialFi is the real highlight. Raising the data threshold is actually a good thing; only those who can survive are the ones truly capable. There is room for mechanism adjustments, but user retention is the real challenge. To put it bluntly, it still needs genuine user demand to support it; otherwise, it's all just empty talk.

Haha, the X Chain API issue has indeed stalled many projects, but it also conveniently filters out those with real product strength. Those just shouting slogans should have been eliminated long ago.
