📍Texas Hold'em "No Fish": Position Determines Destiny
Many beginners lose money not because of bad luck, but because they overlook the most important factor in Poker —【Position】.
1️⃣ Information is Power: Playing Texas Hold'em is like playing Werewolf. The late position (Button) is like the sheriff with "vote rights." Being able to act after everyone has made their stance gives you an informational advantage, putting you naturally in an unbeatable position.
2️⃣ Be "Cautious" in Early Position, Be "Aggressive" in Late Position
🔴 Early Position (UTG): Play honestly as a rock. Only play top premium hands like AA/KK/AK. Never enter the pot with A-small suited, as it’s easy to get dominated and risk losing big pots.
🟢 Late Position (BTN): Your range can be wider, and your play can be more aggressive. Use your positional advantage to squeeze opponents, and even with no cards, you can still play effectively.
💡 One key principle: The worse your position, the higher your hand requirements; without positional advantage, even the best skills can’t be fully utilized.
Reject Limping, raise with big hands, fold if your position is poor! 👊
